Ken Peck Selling TPM Book Review

27 May 2026 - 2 Minute Read

Recently, Baby Blue IT & Consulting had the pleasure of meeting Ken Peck, author of the Selling TPM book series.

Ken kindly signed and gifted a copy of his book to Baby Blue IT, and it was genuinely appreciated by our team.

We have now placed Ken’s signed copy in our small office library, alongside other greats such as Stephen R Covey, Winston Churchill, Jim Collins, multiple Harvard professors, authors of many business, sales and strategy books that have helped shape our thinking over the years. It feels like the right home for it, a practical TPM sales book sitting among the titles we regularly refer to for leadership, negotiation, growth and commercial strategy.

Ken has been in the Third-Party Maintenance industry for a similar length of time as the Baby Blue directors, and what struck us most when reading his books was how familiar so much of the content felt. Despite being thousands of miles apart, Ken writes about many of the same challenges, opportunities and sales principles that we have seen first-hand across the TPM market.

His insight into selling TPM is practical, relevant and clearly built from real industry experience. The themes he covers customer trust, understanding risk, positioning value, and helping clients make informed decisions, are exactly the things that make TPM sales successful.

For anyone working in TPM sales, whether in the Americas, Europe or Asia Pacific, Ken’s books are well worth reading. They are packed with wisdom, experience and practical guidance for people who want to better understand how to sell Third-Party Maintenance properly.

Congratulations Ken, and thank you again for the signed copy.

From all of us at Baby Blue IT & Consulting, we give Selling TPM a 10 out of 10.
