Welcoming Rebecca: Baby Blue Invests in Talent

27 February 2026 - 3 Minute Read

Meet Rebecca, our fantastic part-time intern who is already making a meaningful impact within our team. Rebecca is currently gaining valuable business and professional experience with us alongside her other commitments.

A Strong Foundation

With a degree in fashion design, customer service experience, and sales background, Rebecca already understands presentation, communication, and the importance of building strong customer relationships. Those skills translate powerfully into a professional business environment.

Rebecca is already supporting customers, managing our CRM systems, and helping create genuine opportunities for the business. Watching her confidence grow week by week: improving on calls, refining communication, understanding commercial decisions, is incredibly rewarding for the entire team. Moments like this remind us why developing talent matters.

From the moment she joined us, she has become an important part of our daily operations, not just supporting the business, but actively contributing to it.

In her role, Rebecca:

  • Manages company emails with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Handles inbound and outbound calls confidently
  • Assists with stock management and organisation
  • Maintains and updates our CRM systems accurately
  • Works with Excel spreadsheets to ensure clear reporting and structured data management
  • Books meetings directly into our directors’ diaries

She is trusted with real responsibility because that’s what internships should be about.

Why We Believe in Internships

At our company, internships are never about shadowing from the sidelines. They are about real experience, real accountability, and real growth for everyone involved.

Supporting interns is not just about giving someone an opportunity. It’s about investing in future professionals and strengthening our own business at the same time.

Rebecca’s long-term ambition is to build a career in fashion management. This internship allows her to utilise her existing creative and customer-focused skills while gaining essential commercial and operational experience.

Understanding CRM systems, sales processes, stock management, reporting, and business structure will give her a significant advantage as she progresses toward leadership roles within the fashion industry.

We’re proud to play a small part in that journey.

Book Time with Our Directors

Rebecca is currently booking appointments for our directors and would love to connect. Our directors are available to discuss how we can support you. Get in touch today to arrange a convenient time, and Rebecca will be happy to coordinate the meeting.

Supporting emerging talent is always rewarding, especially when that talent is already making a difference. Welcome to the team, Rebecca. We’re excited to see what the future holds.
