Business works the same way. Behind every successful company are people working quietly in the background, keeping customers supported, services delivered, invoices processed, payments collected, systems maintained and compliance on track. When this work is done well, it’s almost invisible, but without it, everything quickly unravels.
At Baby Blue IT, that person is Ellie Aikman. As our Office Manager, Ellie is very much our F1 pit mechanic, keeping the operation running smoothly, anticipating issues before they become problems, and allowing the wider team to stay focused and effective.
