About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading UK-based IBM infrastructure services provider, seeking an experienced IBMi Power Consultant to join their expert technical team.

This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to work with advanced IBM Power Systems technologies, including IBM i (iSeries / AS/400) and IBM Power Virtual Server (Power VS). You’ll play a vital role in delivering complex solutions across cloud, on-premise and hybrid environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing, implementing, and supporting IBM Power Systems solutions with a strong focus on IBMi platforms
• Assisting in the deployment and configuration of Power Cloud and IBM Power Virtual Server (Power VS) environments
• Collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to develop and deliver tailored infrastructure strategies
• Providing expert troubleshooting, performance tuning, and system optimisation
• Leading or supporting migrations, upgrades, disaster recovery (DR) and high-availability (HA) projects
