- Ideally operating in a senior sales role at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 MSP/Reseller
- Strong pipeline and consistent overachievement
- Ability to lead and close complex IT sales across hardware, software, and services
- Able to drive revenue through both existing accounts and net new customers
- Can leverage your personal network (compliantly) to build pipeline
- Own customer relationships from initial contact through to delivery

We’re hiring three high-performing Account Directors for a leading UK Reseller & MSP in a period of fast, visible expansion. With coverage across virtually every sector, the priority is now targeting Enterprise and upper mid-market organisations not yet engaged.
💼 The Role:
This is a role built on trust, not micromanagement. You won’t be drowning in systems, tools, and admin-heavy processes. We believe experienced sellers know how to sell. You’ll have freedom to operate, backed by pre-sales, marketing, and delivery, with a clear runway to land and expand large accounts.
Expect a high-autonomy, high-accountability environment, not a call-log culture.
Deal sizes range from £50K to £2M+, and commission is paid on Total Contract Value (TCV).
You may require onboarding support or guarantees and they are open to that. The company takes a practical view of restrictive covenants. Legal and onboarding support is available if needed, including holding periods or interim strategies.
